DESCRIPTION:Forms can be obtained from the back of each church. Alternatively\, you can collect forms from the Parish Office during its opening hours: weekdays (except Wednesdays) from 10am to 2pm. Completed forms should be returned through St. Teresa’s Presbytery letterbox. There are strict closure dates for applications: \nFirst Holy Communion & Confirmation deadline: 16th September 2025 \nRCI deadline: 29th August 2025 \nPlease note that forms are not available via this website.
