Most of us will have seen the Prime Minister’s statement last night (23rd March) on increased measures to combat the coronavirus.

Most significant for us is the statement that all churches must be closed, and remain closed for the foreseeable future. That, sadly, includes the Catholic Parishes of Borehamwood and you will no longer be able to come for the daily Adoration and private prayer.

This decision, though painful, is essential to our war against the coronavirus. Let us take reassurance from the profound fact that even though our church buildings are closed, we as the Church and the people of God can remain united and open to God’s call to be one family looking out for each other.

Fr Dominic and and Fr Antonio will continue to celebrate Mass at these times: Saturday Vigil Mass (6:00 pm); Sunday Morning Mass (10:00 am); and weekdays, Monday to Friday (9:15 am). These will all be streamed live.
