Communion to the housebound

Do you know of someone who has trouble getting to Mass but would like Communion brought to them? Please let us know so that we can arrange for a regular visit for them. Fr Dominic already celebrates Mass regularly in some of the local nursing homes but if you know of a residential home which would be interested in setting this up, please do get in touch.
