Fr Antonio took our wonderful altar servers, accompanied by their parents, to Westminster Cathedral on Saturday, 5 October 2019 for a special Mass celebrated in their honour. The annual Mass is held to recognise the valuable contribution altar servers make to parishes and to promote a deeper dedication to their ministry.

Bishop Nicholas Hudson presided at the Mass. In his homily, Bishop Nicholas emphasised the beauty of service in a profound way by recounting his own years as an altar server.

One of our servers was chosen as one of the readers for the Prayer of the Faithful. He truly gave pride to Borehamwood!

The exciting adventure started with lunch at the fast food court in Victoria Station, with the Mass starting at 2:30 pm. Afterwards, our altar servers were verye excited to get photos taken with Bishop Nicholas.
