It is not just being able to attend our Easter services in person that parishioners are missing out on this year. It is also traditional events such as the Walk of Witness which normally takes place on Good Friday.

The ecumenical event is normally organised by the Elstree and Borehamwood Ecumenical Countil. It would have involved local Christians parading through Borehamwood on Good Friday. Led by a six foot processional cross, the group would stop at various places through the town to sing hymns and read scriptures, which tell the story of Jesus’ crucifixion.
